In order to increase the competitive advantages of young people in Atyrau city labor market, provide them necessary labor skills and adaptation at the first workplace in 2020, a partnership agreement was signed between the APEC Petrotechnic Higher College and Enertek LLP on admission of third and fourth-year students to industrial internship, undertaking a dual training system by the students with further employment. 15 students completed industrial internship, six graduates were employed in 2021-2022 academic year.

Eight graduates of Atyrau Polytechnic College named after S. Mukashev and Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after S. Otebayev were also employed.

Enertek LLP and HEALTH CARE ATYRAU medical service company have signed a Voluntary Health Insurance Agreement for employees engaged in harmful working conditions.

Within the framework of this insurance, medical care is provided for acute diseases, acute exacerbation of a chronic disease, injury and a number of other diseases. The care is provided both for employees and for an unlimited number of family members who can join your voluntary health insurance program within 90 days.

Atyrau branch of KMG EP-Catering LLP is a subsidiary of KazMunayGas EP JSC provides hot meal services to employees at Embamunaygas JSC’s fields and canteens on the territory of Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP.

Catering is provided in 33 stationary canteens of four oil and gas production units – "Zhaikmunaigas", "Dossormunaigas", "Kainarmunaigas" and Zhylyoimunaigas" and 4 canteens located on the territory of Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP

During its activity, the branch was engaged in catering and servicing of dormitories for oilmen at the fields of Embamunaigas JSC, KazakhTurkMunai LLP, servicing of the "R-2" Residence and the administrative building of Embamunaigas JSC.

Along with this, hot meals were organized for employees of the production structural divisions of Embamunaigas JSC, namely the Embamunaienergo Administration Office at the fields and Administration Office of production-technical services and marketing (UPTOiKO) in the industrial zone 10 km away from Atyrau. Hot meals were also organized for more than 55 contractor companies and organizations of Embamunaigas JSC and Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP.

As part of “The Road to School is a Goodwill without Borders” Republican Charity Campaign, Enertek company provides financial sponsor support on annual basis to prepare schoolchildren from low-income, multi-child families, orphans and children deprived of parental care for the beginning of school classes. Enertek company shows civic engagement in providing feasible targeted assistance in preparing children from socially vulnerable segments of the population for school, attention and real care to every child so that his way to school is the best and happiest!
