In 2020, Enertek LLP signed a strategic partnership with APEC PetroTechnic Higher College in Atyrau to boost youth competitiveness in the job market and help students gain essential practical skills for a smooth transition into employment. The agreement supports dual education programmes, on-the-job training, and post-graduation employment opportunities for third- and fourth-year students. During the 2021–2022 academic year, 15 students completed internships at Enertek LLP, and six graduates were successfully employed.
Additionally, eight graduates from Mukashev Atyrau Polytechnic College and Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas have been hired.
