Project Overview:
From 2019 to 2024, Enertek LLP successfully implemented a comprehensive reconstruction project for the mechanical treatment facilities at the Atyrau Oil Refinery. The project encompassed a full assessment of existing facilities, design engineering, and end-to-end project coordination, covering design, equipment supply, construction and installation, commissioning, and transition to industrial-scale operations. Outdated facilities were dismantled, system capacity was increased from 500 m³/h to 1,000 m³/h, hydrocarbon vapour emissions were eliminated, and water abstraction from the Ural River was reduced through the reuse of 10–20% of treated wastewater in refinery operations.
